We encourage our customers to sign up for xpress Bill Pay on our website to make paying your water bill simpler for you and for us. If you’ve already done this, you might wonder why we need your mailing address at all.
Once a year we mail out a packet to our shareholders in anticipation of our annual meeting. This packet contains your ballot and other important information. If your mailing address is out of date, the packet won’t reach you and will be returned to us.
So, we are asking all our customers who use paperless billing to log into their accounts and check to make sure if their mailing address is up to date, then correct it if necessary.
