COVID-19 Update: Late Fees and Account Notifications

In order to help customers who may be affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, WaterPro will not assess late fees to accounts until further notice.


We will still send notifications for delinquent accounts and backflow requirements. This is not because we lack compassion, but so that our customers are aware of the current situation of their accounts.


If the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting your ability to meet the requirements of a notice you receive, please communicate with us as quickly as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.


If you are a renter, you must work with the owner of the property for any accommodations, since they are ultimately responsible for the account.


We appreciate your understanding and communication. WaterPro will continue to protect our customers and provide safe drinking water to the community.
